    I'll buy this. It looks fun. I managed to get through my entire adolescence without being exposed to KISS (at least not overly much). I remember being forced to listen to "KISS Alive!" in a friend's basement, but I don't remember anything from it. I did know the song "Christine Sixteen" but I didn't know it was KISS until years later. I didn't really start listening to their music until the 1990s comic book series. Their Marvel appearances from the 70s were the "best" but, as I said, this looks like fun.

    That's interesting! Forty years too late for a teen book but KISS would show up in Looney Tunes for some cross-promotion action!

    Oh, I forgot! I did watch "Phantom of the Park" on Hallowe'en night 1977, and I do have a badly-dubbed copy on VHS. KISS themselves reportedly hate it, but I think it's great!

    I haven't bought any new Archie comics in a long time, but I might have to. I love how this company has been thinking outside the box in the last few years.

    We are of like mind, Jeff. I've started to pick up some Archie collections here and there, and have discovered my love of these characters didn't end with puberty.
