I hadn't previously heard of this movie. It's available on Amazon since 2013. Apparently a new edition of the DVD will be available on May 20. One of the reviewers said that it was originally released as a DVD exclusive to Target stores. Netflix doesn't have it yet but I saved it so that when it becomes available they'll add it to my regular list.
One review I heard said it was pretty simplistic.
For some odd reason, it featured Karate Kid and Dawnstar from the Legion of Super-Heroes and Robin. And the weirdest retelling of Superman's arrival on Earth!
