    Mrs. Beyond will be out and about, so I'm firing up the DVD recorder for "Absolute Justice." We'll probably catch Brave and the Bold on tomorrow night's re-air before Secret Saturdays, aka Mrs. Beyond's favorite cartoon EVER.

    I haven't watched Smallville since ... I dunno, somewhere midway through Season 1. But I could not miss this.

    As Pete noted elsewhere, it made me smile many times.

    What are your opinions of Smallville "Absolute Justice" movie? "No tights, no flights"? Checkmate and the Martian Manhunter as separate tv spinoffs? What about all those references to the comic book culture?

    I am glad to see the JSA playing such active roles in comic books and now television.

    I watched this last night...the best I can say is that if Ollie and J'onn had a series, I'd watch that. A JSA series like this? Ugh, it reminded me of the bad ol' days of syndicated superhero TV shows like Superboy and Nightman.

    Unless you're a HUGE Geoff Johns or JSA fan...stay far, far away...
