My previous MST3K timeline showed the events of the host segments in the order that the characters experienced them. Yhis onr shows them in "historical" order. The show's continuity was straightforward during the Comedy Central years. It was only during the Sci-Fi Channel years that it started getting convoluted.

July 64 CE: The crews of the SOL and the Widowmaker from 2525 arrive in Ancient Rome, where the Mads meet Callipygeas and Flavia. Pearl and Brain Guy recover Bobo and escape, but not before Bobo starts the Great Fire of Rome. The Widowmaker and the SOL enter another wormhole.
Sometime Between 1346 and 1353: Kinga and Pearl Forrester from 2022 vacation in this time to observe the Black Death.
November 1985: Crow T. Robot comes to this time from the far future to convince Mike Nelson not to give up on his music career. A slightly older version of Crow arrives to stop his younger self from altering Mike’s timeline before returning to his own time. The slightly younger Crow remains in 1985 as a temporal anomaly. He takes a job at the Burnett County Dairy Co-Operative.
November 1989: Doctors Clayton Forrester and Laurence Erhardt launch Joel Robinson into Earth orbit aboard the vehicle that will become known as the Satellite of Love, intending to drive him insane by forcing him to watch bad movies. Joel uses parts of the SOL to create the robot companions he calls Cambot, Crow T. Robot, Gypsy and Tom Servo, as well as the intelligent computer program that he calls Magic Voice. Forrester and Erhardt move into Deep 13.
September 1990: Doctor Erhardt leaves Earth in Forrester’s ship, the Deep Hurting, on a voyage of self-discovery. Forrester replaces him with a former Arby’s fry cook named Frank, who becomes known as “TV’s Frank”. They also have two Mole People assistants, Gerry and Syvia. Joel changes Tom Servo’s voice.
April 1991: Jonah Heston, Joel Robinson, Emily Connor and Pearl Forrester arrive in this time from 2022.
October 1993: Forrester and Frank hire a temporary worker named Michael J. “Mike” Nelson, to help them deal with an audit. Gypsy becomes convinced that Forrester and Frank are planning to kill Joel and enables him to escape from the SOL. Joel lands in Australia and eventually makes his way to Wisconsin. The Mads launch Mike to the SOL as a replacement for Joel.
July 1994: The Mads use the Umbilicus to physically connect Deep 13 with the SOL.
September 1994: Pearl Forrester, Clayton’s mother, first visits Deep 13.
October 1994: The SOL crew contacts a “mirror universe” where Mike and the Bots live in Deep 13, and Forrester and Frank are prisoners aboard the SOL.
March 1995: Torgo the White assumes TV’s Frank into Second Banana Heaven.
November 1995: Pearl Forrester moves into Deep 13.
March 1996: Crow T. Robot from the year 2525 arrives in Wisconsin, where he spends time with Mike’s family without telling them of Mike’s fate.
May 1996: Clayton loses his funding and disconnects the Umbilicus from the SOL and plans to move in with Pearl. Servo and Gypsy attempt to gain control of the SOL, but instead send in flying out of control to the edge of the universe, where Mike, the Bots and Magic Voice become incorporeal energy beings. A monolith appears in Deep 13, reverting Clayton to infancy. Pearl takes custody of Clayton, vowing to raise him properly. After five minutes as an incorporeal being, Crow resumed his physical form, and returned to the SOL, where he lived alone for centuries, except for twenty years where he lived with a man names Helmut. At some point, he acquired two nanites, who multiplied and spread throughout the SOL.
Sometime After 1996: Pearl Forrester neglects her intention to raise Clayton properly, and eventually murders him in frustration when he resumes his experiments. She eventually has herself frozen in cryogenic suspension.
March 1998: The Widowmaker and the SOL from the year 2525 exit the wormhole in this time. Pearl, Bobo, and Brain Guy arrive at Castle Forrester, which Pearl claims as her ancestral home.
May 1998: Two Observers arrive to inform Brain Guy that they have reconstructed their homeworld, and that they intend to retrieve him and destroy the Earth. He, Bobo and Pearl subdue them. Brain Guy brainwashes them into living in Wisconsin and becoming Packers fans.
July 1998: Pearl travels to Los Angeles to meet with Leonard Maltin.
April 1999: Joel visits the SOL to repair sabotage by Doctor Forrester. He refuses to rescue Mike and the Bots. Frank visits Castle Forrester, revealing that he has become a Soultaker.
August 1999: Pearl accidentally causes the SOL to fall from orbit. The SOL is destroyed. Mike and the Bots survive the crash. Mike, Crow and Servo take an apartment in or near Milwaukee. Gypsy founds a successful company called ConGypsCo. Pearl becomes dictator for life of Qatar, Bobo moves into a zoo, and Brain Guy becomes the All-Knowing and Eternal Universal Consciousness on Rylos 14.
Sometime Between August 1999 and April 2017: Pearl reunites with Bobo and Brain Guy, and they begin traveling together.
March 2007: Crow T. Robot returns to the year 2525.
April 2017: Kinga Forrester, daughter of Clayton, takes control of Moon 13 and Moon 14, with the help of a man called Max who claims to be Frank’s son. She is also assisted by Synthia, a clone of Pearl. They kidnap Jonah Heston, a Gizmonics employee. They kidnap Jonah Heston, a Gizmonics employee, and trap him on a replica of the SOL along with Crow, Servo, Gypsy and Cambot. Pearl, Bobo and Brain Guy visit briefly. Jonah introduces new robots named M. Waverly and Growler. Kinga decides to marry Jonah as a publicity stunt, but Max disrupts the ceremony. Jonah and the bots have a brief vision of an alternate host called Matt Claude Van Damme.
November 2018: The Mads subject Jonah and the Bots to what they call “The Gauntlet”, making them watch six movies in a row. Larry Erhardt returns, on a mission to scatter Clayton and Frank’s ashes on the planet Mearth. Jonah and the Bots trap Kinga and Max in a hidden theater in Moon 13, and escape to Earth.
Sometime Between November 2018 and May 2022: Kinga and Max escape, destroying Moon 13 in the process. They occupy Moon 1 and build the Gizmoplex and the Kingadome with backing from Doctor Kabahl, a mysterious financier from the future. They are joined by Pearl, Synthia and Mega-Synthia, another clone of Pearl.
May 2022: Kinga traps Jonah, Crow, Servo and Gypsy (now renamed “GPC”), on the SOL. The Mads trap Gizmonics technician Emily Connor on the Simulator of Love on the Simulator of Love, along with replicas of Crow, Servo and GPC (soon re-modeled and re-named “GPC2”). Kinga hires Growler and M. Waverly as henchmen.
June 2022: Doctor Erhardt journeys through time to retrieve one of the show’s former hosts. He returns with Joel Robinson and his SOL.
August 2022: Kinga and Pearl take a vacation into the past.
December 2022: Joel, Jonah and Emily escape through time with unexpected assistance from Pearl., although they left Jonah’s and Emly’s Bots behind.
Sometime in the Twenty-Second Century: Doctor Peanut arrives in this time period from 2525 and settles in Wisconsin.
Sometime After the Twenty-Second Century: While Pearl Forrester sleeps, humankind reverts to savagery and intelligent apes rise to dominate the Earth. Some intelligent humans survive as mutants. When Pearl awakens in 2525, she becomes the Law-Giver for an ape settlement whose members include Professor Bobo and Doctor Peanut.
February 2525: Mike, Servo, Cambot and Magic Voice are drawn back to their physical forms aboard the SOL, which is now orbiting Earth. They learn of Pearl’s survival. She blames them for Clayton’s death and intends to continue his experiments. Mike inadvertently helps some mutant humans activate their bomb, which detonates, destroying the Earth. The Nanites repair the SOL in time for Mike and the Bots to escape. Pearl and Bobo escape in her ship, the Widowmaker. Pearl sets off in pursuit of the SOL. A time fissure sends Doctor Peanut to Twenty-Second Century Wisconsin.
March 2525: The crews of the Widowmaker and the SOL are captured by the Observers, a race of powerful psychics. Mike has the Nanites construct a time machine. He sends Crow back to Wisconsin in 1996.
April 2525: As part of an escape attempt, Mike inadvertently destroys the Observers’ planet. The SOL escapes, as do Pearl, Bobo and the Observer who will come to be known as “Brain Guy”. Brain Guy uses his powers to take control of the SOL. The Mads decide to spend some time camping out of a planet they discover.
June 2525: The Mads encounter some runaway Space Children. Pearl returns them to their parents.
July 2525: The Mads come under attack by killer robots. Pearl persuades Mike to help them. The Mads escape, but Mike destroys the planet.
August 2525: Mike is put on trial by the Intergalactic Tribunal for destroying three planets and failure to yield. He is convicted, but his sentence is commuted to community service aboard the SOL. Bobo falls into a wormhole, and Pearl has the Widowmaker and the SOL follow him. They all end up in Roman times.
Sometime in the Year 3000: Joel Robinson is living aboard a replica of his SOL and some Bots. Doctor Erhardt kidnaps Joel and his SOL, leaving Joel’s Bots behind, as they were on a spacewalk at the time.
Time Unknown: Crow T. Robot decides to go back to 1985 to persuade Mike Nelson not to give up on his music career, hoping to alter his history, so that Mike doesn’t end up on the SOL. Crow returns from 1985, only to discover that he has altered history so that Mike died on stage, and his abusive older brother Eddie is on the SOL in his place. Crow returns to 1985: to restore the timeline.
