(Note: The name "Humanian Era" comes from the TV movie.)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
13,729,999,990 B.C.: The newly-regenerated Fifth Doctor, Nyssa of Traken and Tegan Jovanka narrowly miss getting caught up in Event One.
("Castrovalva")
Just a few years shy of the start of the universe.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
13,729,000,000 B.C.: After the First Doctor, Susan Foreman, Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright leave Skaro following their first encounter with the Daleks, the TARDIS Fast Return Switch becomes stuck open, sending the ship hurtling back towards the beginning of time. The TARDIS makes repeated attempts to warn them telepathically, and they manage to interpret these warnings in time to repair the switch and save themselves.
("The Edge of Destruction")
One that's hard to place in relation to "Earth Time". Seconds of exhaustive research tell me that current theory holds that the universe is about 13.73 billion years old, so I arbitrarily placed it close to the beginning of time. I figure, on a universal scale, a billion years is too close to the beginning for comfort.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4,000,000,000 B.C.: The explosion of a Jagaroth starship helps spark the beginning of life on Earth. The Fourth Doctor, Romana II and the detective Duggan stop Scaroth from preventing this.
("The City of Death")
This appears to be the generally accepted date.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
140,000,000 B.C.: The Fifth Doctor, Nyssa of Traken and Tegan Jovanka battle the Master on Earth. ("Time-Flight")
This is the date given.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
65,500,000 B.C.: The intelligent reptiles inhabiting Earth go into hibernation.
("Doctor Who and the Silurians")
More "exhaustive" research indicates that this is when the "extinction event" is believed to have taken place.
A freighter crippled by the Cybermen crashes into the Earth. Adric is killed.
("Earthshock")
The freighter crash ended the age of dinosaurs, and coincidentally disrupted the Silurians' alarm clock, so that they didn't wake up for millions of years.
