...At this time , there are only two films nominated in any category whatsoever which I've seen , and none of them in the Best Feature pen...........
...There are only TWO!!!!!!!!! Best Original Song nominees ( One with its co-authors including two different folk who made the Top 40 pop chart , Top Ten level , in the past - but neither one as a lead vocalist , though they were billed on their records/releases , IIRC !!!

I saw , and was able to Facebook-post , an interesting article in BILLBOARD yesterday desribing a PRACTICAL reason as to why there are so few Song nods this year , aside from LA show business class divisions of " Features are superior to TV which is superior to recorded music and the AScademy's apparent emnity against including performance of the Best Song nods in the TV show , thinking " THAT'S !!!!! That's why the show runs forever !!! "...........Or , " Movie songs suck to-day ":-)...........
