I was reluctant to read this title because, I blushingly admit, I never finished the original. (I left off on volume 22, I think.) for one thing, I was concerned about spoilers, but c’mon. There’s not just too many ways the original could turn out. The sequel picks up exactly where the original left off 27 years before, so if you are concerned about spoilers, forget it! I didn’t intend to read it. I picked it up to look at the art, but after read a panel her and a panel there, I soon found myself reading the whole thing from cover to cover (back to front, that is). It inspired me to finish the original, at last, which I am reading as if it were a flashback.
