I think the use of the word resurrection arises from the current Death of X storyline. I haven't read it but I understand there is some sort of war going on between mutants and inhumans. Apparently the terrigen mists are toxic to mutants?

Does this mean relations with 21st Century Fox are thawing or are they mainly using characters not currently in the X-Men movies?
Or are they really Inhumans?
And are these one-shots or the beginning of ongoings?
And I haven't been following the X-books, but isn't Earth poisonous to mutants now? Shouldn't most of these folks be dead?
