Star Wars OT VCD , Imports .

At a dollar store just a block of less away from where Isit here  typing this now , they had , on sale , a 3-disc box of Video CDs - VCDs - of the " Original " , 1977-1983 Star Wars trilogy , the Original Trilogy , in a box .

  It was VCDs , not DVDs or anything else ?

  I asked , they said they were from Taiwan .

  It was selling for three dollars - So , a literal dollar price each one .

I remember VCDs being a big deal in the mid-to-late-90s, and my DVD burning application still allows me to make them, but I haven't seen any in a very long time.
