The only thing that surprised me about this issue is that Commander Rogers didn’t figure out who the villain was sooner. Also, yet again, the Super Soldier serum is removed from his body and he immediately reverts to a 98-pound weakling. I have long asserted that after a half century of vigorous exercise he should be able to maintain his physique notwithstanding, but I guess a precedent has long since been established.
