I wasn't so fond of this series as it started, as I felt the tone was too serious. However, it did lighten up over time but managed to keep the drama throughout season one. Season two chronicles the invasion of Earth with a five year time-skip from season one, and it's working very well for me. The characters are all being well-established, and there are plenty of twists and turns that keep things interesting. More importantly, I don't feel like any of the characters are acting out of character.
Oh,and for those of you that like a grim but compassionate Batman, this is likely the show for you.
What does everyone else think?

I really enjoy Young Justice and wish that Aqualad and Miss Martian were vital parts of the DCnU. The five year skip is a bit jarring because we don't know where Kid Flash and Artemis are, unless Artemis is the Batgirl shown.
That Superboy is the one that I want to read about, even if Superman comes off badly.
The adult heroes seem to be taking over, though.
The most recent episode reveals what has happened with Kid Flash and Artemis.
