The Lion King re-release...

...and a snarky cartoon I saw on my Facebook feed about it , dealing with Disney's profit-sharing practices , that's what I'm posting of here .

I am sorta-planning to see the flat version of the TLK reish , whilst it's still playing ( Quite !!!!! I live downtown . ) near me .

  • ...I did see it last week , " giving in " :-) , and seeing the 3-D one , which is the first time I've seen a 3-D movie of the modern era kind ( I wanted to see Avatar but couldn't . )...

Actually , I'd not seen it in '94 (or whenever) and this was the first time !!!!!!!!!

A point - It was in " Disney 3-D " or whatever but the glasses I received at the the-ay-ter were for Real 3-D(C) , another of the several " different name " 3-D systems there appear to be during the modern era , much as the 50s wide-screen era had Cinemascop , Todd-AO , Metrovision , whatever...What gives ( gave ) ?????
