Here are some reveals, courtesy Marvel, for the gold teams. So far, Chris Fluit has been pretty much on the money guessing who the various shadows were. Here's what we have above:
The new reveal on Uncanny X-Force, joining the AOA Nightcrawler, is the entirely expected Deadpool. Chris thinks the remaining two shadows are Pyslocke and Fantomex, and that sure looks to be the case.
The reveals on Wolverine and the X-Men are Kitty Pryde, Lockheed the dragon and Iceman, joining Wolverine. Chris thinks the last two are Xorn (maybe) and Beast. It would make sense for Hank to side against Scott given their recent falling-out (Bobby will require some 'splaining), and as for "Xorn," I don't know of any character who has that kind of light effect outside of Dazzler, and this is a male figure. Could be.
Joining Rogue in X-Men: Legacy are Toad, Gambit and Frenzy. Beats me who the figure at top is.
Joining Havok in X-Factor are Shatterstar, Layla Miller, Monet and Rictor, and I'd be very surprised if the last two figures aren't Strong Guy and Banshee. That leaves Madrox out in the cold, which I expect will be explained in Schism.

Maybe one of him is on each team.
