Yeah, that's Quentin Quire. Not Xorn- whom I had both guessed and hoped for.
Philip, QQ was the anarchist mutant who led an uprising against the teachers in Grant Morrison's Riot at Xavier's. He used other students as pawns by lying to them and twisting their perceptions. More recently, he set off a telepathic bomb in the United Nations, which prompted the Sentinel response in Schism.

Final reveals for the "gold teams" are harder than I would have guessed.
The final Uncanny X-Force reveal is Fantomex, to no one's surprise. But I don't recognize the final member of Wolverine's team unless it's Oya from Generation Hope. And I can't even guess at the final member in X-Men: Legacy. Anyone know? Finally, the last reveal for X-Factor is actually three members -- Madrox, Longshot and Polaris -- making X-Factor the most crowded team, with 11 members!
Cap, I think you're right on your first guess: that certainly looks like Oya, who wasn't in the previous Generation Hope picture. She also has fire/ice powers.
As for X-Men Legacy, I'm going with Rachel Summers. The red stripes on her face are reminiscent of the hound marks that she had in the Days of Future Past future and they've been used a few times since then.
And yeah, X-Factor is a little crowded. Peter David actually brought up in the latest issue (the point one special). Madrox was telling somebody about the team and they commented that that was a lot of people. Madrox replied, compared to a basketball team, sure, but not compared to a football team.
Ha! That's a pretty good line.
I'll bet you're right about Rachel Summers -- as soon as you brought up that hound business, I slapped my forehead in recognition. And she was in space with Havok and Polaris, and now they're back, so I guess she is, too. Who else was on that "team"? Wasn't there a Shi'Ar with a magic sword, or something? Seems like there were several of them, but I may be conflating with the Starjammers.
