With all of the nice, hardbound DC reprints we've had recently (Jack Kirby Omnibus Editions, Joe Kubert's Viking Prince, Steve Ditko Omnibus, Secret Society of Super-Villains), does anyone have any idea if we will be able to get our hands on new reprints of comics like Prez or The Green Team? Or Joker? Or the 1980's Secret Origins?

I don't know about print reprints of any of them, but if you want to read Joker, you're in luck. Most of the series is available right now on Comixology for 99 cents apiece, in DC's Super Villain sale. (Sale ends on Wednesday.)
It looks like 9 isn't being offered, and it seems like there's a program glitch that doesn't recognize issue 6. Not sure if either of those things is an oversight, or if either will be fixed in the days ahead.
There was the HC Infinity Inc collection and the Showcase Presents All Star Squadron but I can't see DC putting out Roy Thomas' Secret Origins right now because they're pushing the DCnU versions and think it would too confusing for readers! Hah!
But I'm still amazed that The Joker has never been collected in one volume. #2 (Willie the Weeper) was included in The Greatest Joker Stories Ever Told even though #1 (Two-Face), #4 (Green Arrow) and #7 (Luthor) were much better!
As for Prez and The Green Team, highly unlikely.....unless DC does a SP of various short run titles together which might be interesting. Actually I would buy a SP: 1st Issue Special volume or maybe a DC War volume with the 70s Blackhawk, Viking Commando, Gravedigger and Blitzkrieg.
I just got a Facebook message from Dan Didio. I had messaged him with a link on the DC New52 vs. Marvel Now discussion on here. I had also asked about collections. Well specifically I had suggested a line of Golden Age heroes in Bronze Age tales like Mr. & Mrs. Superman, the World War II based stories of Wonder Woman including the Superman vs. Wonder Woman treasury etc. as opposed to the team ups with SA versions as we had in the Crisis of Multiple Earths volumes although I think he misunderstood because he stated they had already reprinted some of the stories I mentioned which I don't think is the case. But he is open to ideas on how to package collections. Look at it this way, the worst he can say is no.
I would tend to agree though that reprinting Secret Origins might be muddying the waters while they are still establishing the New 52
What a shock! Dan Didio doesn't understand what his older readers want! Alert the media! ;-)
The Superman/Wonder Woman teamup is about to get reprinted, actually. I'm pretty sure it's going to be in this volume.
And DC has already reprinted a lot of their bronze age Earth-2 material -- the 70s All-Star run, the two volumes of Huntress backups are both available. It'd be great to see Mr. & Mrs. Superman again, though -- love that Shaffenberger art!
Mr. & Mrs. Superman were usually the only reason I bought Superman Family during that period.
a) I am hoping that the Jose Luis Garcia Lopez DOES have the Supes/WW fight & I wasn't aware of that when I messaged Mr. Didio.
b) when I did message him, the more I think about it, the more I think I may have mis-explained it because I had the idea of a line of the reprints & calling it Silver into Gold but really the stories I were thinking of were more bronze age than silver. Besides the ones I mentioned in my earlier post, the Alan Scott backup in GL/GA would fit, the E-2 Batman team ups with Sgt. Rock, Unknown Soldiers & The Blackhawks in Brave and the Bold basically stories where the golden age characters were supporting their own stories.
c) I knew of the first volume of Huntress reprints. I was unaware there had been a second planned or already published
Regarding the Infinity, Inc. collection, it was to have been one of two collectiong the "Generations Saga" in its entirety. After the second volume passed its solicit date, I checked on it and discovered it had been cancelled due to low orders. whether or not it will be resolicited in the future I don't know, but I'm not holding my breath.
John, I might be mistaken about the second volume of Huntress reprints; I think I was confusing it with the two volumes of 70s All-Star.
