Here they are: Bruce Banner Reed Richards T'challa Hank Pym Henry McCoy Amadeus Cho Tony Stark Victor Von Doom Actually, only the first six are in the book and referred to as "six of the eight smartest"...I added the other two obvious choices...

"Sidekick" (after a fashion) to Hulk in World War Hulk; sidekick to Hercules since.

Of course, according to both Millar and Hickman, Valeria Richards, as a preschooler, is already more intelligent than Reed. So, while these are the smartest guys...the smartest person is Val.
