yeah...we are discussing it right now...I saw Felicia Day's tweet about it, and tracked down the news. but yeah my reaction is the same. I can't say that everyone is happy here, and it being free was huge part of why we came, so grrrrr.

Any ideas will be welcomed.

Ouch. Is there any information on what Ning will start charging, and if it is comparable to what the other site was charging? I don't need to know the specifics, just whether we know what the fees might be and if we do or don't like them.

Any idea how long until the free sites are shut down? I want to know if I should start saving threads.
