• I know I'm going to regret hearing the answer, but ask I must: What are you talking about?*

*A classic Frequently Used Phrase from the old site.
• It was before New Earth...doesn't count...
• Ah Clark, really, it's best ignored. Jeph Loeb and Ed McGuinness madness! About 1999.
• What about Superman and Big Barda's porn film? John Byrne gets the blame for that one.
• Really, for me, Superman has been really great exactly three times...Alan Moore's send-off and the two Donner movies...
• Now did I ASK for a Superman knocking thread? Tut ;)
• It was more of a Superman-knocking-boots thread....
• Boom Chikka Boom-El
• The "Parasite was impersonating Lois" reveal explained why Lois Lane had apparently gotten mad at Clark and left him. I'm pretty sure the implication was that they were separated during this period, and thus Superman never had the opportunity to sleep with the Parasite.

But... I think there's a fairly strong implication that Parasite-as-Lois slept with Lex Luthor during that storyline! Most people look at me like I'm crazy when I bring this up, but I looked over the issues again fairly recently, and I still see the implication there. (Oh, and I think there was also a Parasite story in the last couple years that alluded to this.)

(Of course, maybe Lex has a "type" and it's "purple blobs." He was with the "Matrix-Supergirl" for a while, too....)
• Oh, wait..."It's Superman!" by Tom DeHaven is also awesome.
