I was watching the Savage/Warrior "retirement" match on disk last night, and it came to the ending where Elizabeth threw Sherri out of the ring, and the thought came to me, "Both of these women are dead now, it's depressing."

Be Cool (2005) was the sequel to Get Shorty (1995) and starred John Travolta and Uma Thurman. The Rock played Elliot, the gay Samoan bodyguard to crooked movie producers Vince Vaughn and Harvey Keitel.
RIP Terry "Sabu" Brunk I never saw much of him in his prime, mostly because I never saw much of ECW in its heyday, but I know that he was one of their big stars. Apparently, he'd just had his retirement match against Joey Janela at an independent show on Wrestlemania weekend.
I remember his time in the WWECW. They never used him right nor woud they have in the first place if it wasn't for the ECW nostalgia. He certainly wasn't what WWE wanted which was what made him popular.
To me he was core ECW with Taz, RVD, the Dudleys, Tommy Dreamer, Raven and Sandman.
From what I'vre heard, Vince liked him well enough, and even wanted to bring him in in the 90's, but wanted to screw with his gimmick (as Vince often did), and Sabu wouldn't go for it.
I saw Derringer in concert a couple of times when he was guitarist for the Edgar Winter Group. He was also releasing solo albums at that time and at each show he would take the spotlight to perform two or three songs of his own. Besides being a fantastic guitar player, he was also highly entertaining.
I remember him most for "Rock and Roll Hootchie Koo". Seems like it has been used in 100 soundtracks. Including the first track on the Dazed and Confused soundtrack which I've listened to a ton.

I never even heard of Be Cool, so I guess that didn't work.

Wow. Darby Allin actually did climb Mount Everest! I thought it was just a gimmick. Fair play to him, it's an impressive thing to do.
RIP Rick Derringer Wrestling fans will remember him for "Real American" and numerous other wrestling anthems.
If you're not a wrestling fan, you may remember him as the lead singer for the McCoys on their hit song, "Hang On Sloopy".
