I'd like to see if I can get this list up to one thousand. I'm sure that I've missed a lot of obvious ones, and even more obscure ones.

I hope my choices helped, my friend. Yeah, a lot of the normalman characters were pretty much one shot funny names.
In the end, it's your sandbox; I'm just playing in it. Thanks for humoring me!

I do appreciate your effort, sir. Actually, I think I may have gone out with Yelling Girl for a while.

How about Wilhelmina "Mina" Murray-Harker from the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen MOVIE?
Interesting idea. I never really thought of them as "super-heroes", as such. Ur-super-heroes, perhaps, or maybe proto0super-heroes?

"Did she actually fight evil, or anything?"
It's difficult to explain. "Young Gods" is inspired by Jack Kirby's New Gods, and you have Big Barda listed. Adastra took over Storm's role in what would have been "Lifedeath III" and you have Storm listed. It's up to you.
For that matter, I think you should list Sif as well.
I'm not against "duplicates", per se, I've got three "Storms" on the list as it is.
