COMIC STRIPS: It’s a good catalog for comic strip collections. IDW offers new volumes of Bringing Up Father and X-9, Secret Agent Corrigan, Fantagraphics has a new volume of three years’ worth of post-war Nancy dailies, IDW solicits the second volume of Pogo, and Hermes Press another volume of Johnny Hazard.
EC COMICS: Fantagraphics has also solicited two more volumes of artist-specific EC reprints: “‘Taint the Meat, It’s the Humanity” (Jack Davis), and “50 Girls 50”(um, someone else). Don’t get too excited about these last two, though; the two previous volumes (“Came the Dawn” featuring Wally Wood, and “Corpse on the Imjin” featuring Harvey Kurtzman), solicited for June 27 release, still have not shipped.
DOCTOR WHO SCARF: Concerning other, non-comics-related products, Tracy has convinced me I need a 12 foot long Doctor Who scarf. It rarely gets cold enough down here to wear a heavy winter coat, but there are often days I could stand to have a long scarf wrapped around me several times. A replica of the Fourth doctor’s scarf is offered in both 6- and 12-foot lengths. I doubt if any of my co-workers is familiar with Doctor Who (not the Fourth one, anyway), so I should be able to get away with wearing it to work without being accused of engaging in “cos-play.”

It's an interesting idea, although Baker has said on several commentaries that he was forever tripping over the thing.
One could always buy the six foot length!
