Also, in the Golden Age, the Joker, Lex Luthor and the Sub-Mariner were all electrocuted (although not on the cover).
Not to mention....
As much as I appreciate the characters, I don't think there would be anything left to stuff after the electric chair.

Every election is unique, yet having said that, each of these stories bears certain resemblances to the current U.S. one. Probably the most relevant to todays is the Nexus one, particularly #53. Campaign season begins in #52 and the results are known by #54; #53 is "Candidates' Debate."
I have now lost all 21 of my "standing in a dinosuar's mouth" covers on page 47, but here are three "near misses"...
