We all know that in the DC Universe, Mr. Terrific in the World's Third Smartest Man, after Luthor and Batman. So, who's the third smartest man in the real world? Now, as any wrestling fan of a certain age could tell you, the world's smartest man is The Genius Lanny Poffo. And, of course, the second smartest man is Chris Fluit. ;) So, who comes in at Number Three?
