It's from Incredible Hulk Future Imperfect. A two-part prestige series released during Peter David's run. Drawn by George Perez, it's a fine story and as close as David came to producing a good self-contained Hulk graphic novel.
It's set in the far future, long after the original owners of that great memoribilia came to various sticky ends.
I recognise most of the gear, but I wonder is there a reason that one brick is yellow/green under Cap Marvel? Why save bricks?

Tasteful, huh?
Sandman perhaps?
I think they're debris from a battle a hero was involved in. There's some rubble in the Sentinel head.
The heads of the Vision and Warlock are to the right of the explosion poster.
I think that's the Bottle City of Kandor on the top shelf to the man in the chair's left.
The woman is a character from the storyline.
