I hadn’t planned to buy this one. I was, quite frankly, looking forward to using Mark Waid’s departure as a jumping off point. But Charles Soule’s writing came highly recommended by others on this board, so I thought I’d give it a shot.
I liked the art (by Ron Garney).
I liked the setting (back in NYC).
I like the new costume.
I like that Matt Murdock is now a prosecuting attorney.
I like that it’s written by a lawyer.
I’m not terribly wild about the new protégé/partner, but I’m willing to be convinced.
What I like most, however, is that Daredevil’s identity is secret once more. I’m curious how he mamaged to pull that off. (I’m assuming the Space Phantom wasn’t involved.)
I’ll be back next month.

I suspect that the ending of Secret Wars probably involved a re-set button for stuff like DD's secret ID.
Oh, that would make me less interested.
Apparently, Matt was able to choose that Foggy remember his secret ID.
Please, don't let it be Mephisto.
Wasn't the entire purpose of all the recent shenanigans a reset?
"Please, don't let it be Mephisto."
Ha! I literally laughed out loud at that one.
"Wasn't the entire purpose of all the recent shenanigans a reset?"
I suppose so. didn't read any of that stuff.
