There is no understating of his incredible talent, but, to me, the worst thing about the loss of Mr. Jones is that he always struck me as a warm, genial, decent man who would be fun to know. I can easily see him and me sitting on the backyard patio, enjoying a couple of beers, and having a grand old time. Even if he were just plain old "Joe Doakes", he would've been welcome at my home, anytime. And I don't say that about most people.
