These are my best guesses.  There are some that I think  are pretty much inarguable  There's a number of the others that I'm uncertain about, myself, though.

  • If I had to pick:

    D-Daredevil

    E-Elongated Man

    K-Karate Kid or Kid Flash

    L-Luke Cage

    O-Orion

    R-Robin

  • This is a fun idea. Lessee ... is Jean Grey a J or G? She was on the '92 X-Men show with Jubilee, but also in the X-movies, and Jubilee wasn't, so is probably better-known, as well as more popular. Unless she's a G.

I guess you'd put Xavier under "P" for Professor? Too bad, because he's a better-known X than XS.

Was Reed Richards called "Mr. Fantastic" in the three FF movies? He might better known by his real name. In which case I'd go with Martian Manhunter for "M," since he was on Smallville, Justice League Unlimited and Supergirl. Or maybe he'd be a good "J," since they always called him J'Onn on Supergirl.

Daredevil or Doctor Strange? Daredevil has a more successful comics career, Strange has a more successful movie career. I guess I'd lean to Strange, but it feels weird to say that out loud.

  • D-Daredevil  I did consider DD, but I think Doc Strange would edge him out.

E-Elongated Man Is Ralph really all that well-known outside of comics fandom?  Not that Rita necessarily is, either.

K-Karate Kid I dunno. I thinkthat when most people hear "Karate Kid", they think Ralph Macchio, not val Armorr.

    or

Kid Flash Wally's another one where I wonder if he's that well-known outiside of comics fandom.

L-Luke Cage You, know, I didn't think of Luke for L because I still tend to think of him as "Power Man"., but he certainly would be more widely-kmown than Garth these days.

O-Orion Another onenthat I didn't think of because I don't thinkof the New Gods as "heroes", per se.  Probably not well-kmown outside of comics fandom, , that said, Todd isn;t, either.

    R-Robin This one is fair.

  • Is Jean Grey a J or G? I would put Jean as a "J".  I still tend to think of her as "Marvel Girl", but if you put her as a "J", then she's a better choice than Junilee.

I guess you'd put Xavier under "P" for Professor? I would put Chuck as a "P". Also, I've never thought of him as a "hero".

Was Reed Richards called "Mr. Fantastic" in the three FF movies? Dunno. Never seen any of them. J'Onn would be another good choice for "M".

  • "Is Jean Grey a J or G?"

    And what about Elton John?

  • Gotta throw in my two cents on this one!

E- Interesting. Both Elasti-Girl and Elongated Man have been on live action TV shows.

J - Jubilee was in the X-Men animated TV show. But maybe J'onn J'onzz is more famous... he's had a lot of exposure.

K - That one's a toughie. I like Kid Flash, but that's kinda personal. ALTERNATE CHOICES: Mmm... possibly Ka-Zar? He had his own feature for a while. Or how about Kato? Does he count as a super hero? I like Krypto too... MAIN CHOICE: I think Kitty Pryde could be it.

L - Luke Cage. Hey, if I picked Kitty Pryde...

M - Reed was VERY rarely referred to as Mr. Fantastic in the movies. But who else is as well known?

O - Does Optimus Prime count as a super hero? If not, would you consider OMAC?

X - I know nothing of the character, but I gather that X-23 was pretty popular; as much as XS, I think.

Great as always Baron! I love your lists!

  • And what about Naomi?

  • Here's another suggestion for M--Mighty Mouse!

Can't say he's not known to the general public and the private collector!

  • Ka-Zar?  He's another one that I never thought of as a "super-herp", as such,

Or how about Kato? Does he count as a super hero? I think  that you could make a borderline case for Kato being a  "super-hero", but I'm not sure how well-known he is.

I like Krypto too...Krypto is actually a pretty good answer.

I think Kitty Pryde could be it. I still think of her as "Shadowcat", which puts her under "S", and does anyone want to argue against Superman for "S"?

O - Does Optimus Prime count as a super hero?  I don't think f the Transformers as "super-heroes". myself.

If not, would you consider OMAC? That's a good idea, actually.

X - I know nothing of the character, but I gather that X-23 was pretty popular; as much as XS, I think.  I thought of her as "Wolverine II" , but as X-23, she'd be a good answer.

Great as always Baron! I love your lists! Thank you!
