Back to, well I guess my demand. I just finished filling it out a few minutes ago while catching up on Pardon the Interruption.
- Dark Horse is back for me this month. Two new miniseries, and I am picking up the Blacksad trade
- I like the idea of DC doing one issue revivals of some their series' even if I won't pick them up (maybe back issues). I wish that Jerry Ordway was on the Power of Shazam one though.
- I like seeing Cameron Stewart on Batman & Robin
- Johns and Manupal already off of Adventure Comics
- Joker & the Atom in Brave and Bold? That I am interested in.
- A new Jack Staff series. I will definitely tradewait that. It doesn't come out often enough for me to follow its disjointed storytelling
- Ascot day on Pardon the Interruption? Pretty lame
- Jackpot rates a mini from Marvel?
- I like seeing Captain America is back, but I am leery of the Nomad back-up.
- I love Dave Johnson's cover to Punishermax, a horrible title though.
- UFC Toys...okay
- The apparel section used to be so much bigger.
That is it, that's the list.

I can't speak to the quality of the book since I'm not really into the Punisher and an out-of-continuity Punisher even less, but the sales have been good and the folks who buy it seem to really enjoy it. The Marvel U Punisher title by Rick Remender has been pretty good.

Check out the Secret Headquarters (my store) website! It's a pretty lame website, but I did it myself, so tough noogies
Listen to WOXY.com, it's the future of rock-n-roll!
I agree. It seems odd that they'd get someone else.
Johns and Manupal already off of Adventure Comics
Is that just for the Blackest Night tie-in, or are they done for good?

I'd like to give Jack Staff a read if I could ever find a library copy.

Why not? They've already done Mr. Negative and Anti-Venom? Plus, one of the Spidery mini-series was more about Jackpot than Spidey anyway (the Secret Invasion one, IIRC).

I'm leery of back-ups in general. They're usually not as good as the main feature and they drag down my enjoyment quotient for the comic. I know I should think of them as extras that I'm not paying for, but it still drags me down if they're not any good. I've started skipping some- such as the Captain Atom back-up in Action Comics.

Actually, Johns is writing both parts of the BN tie-in, and then Paul Levitz takes over the writing. He wrote some of the all-time best Legion comics, so many (including me!) are hopeful that the quality will continue. Chris Fluit said:
I'm reading all of the comics with back-ups, and I'm thoroughly enjoying them all, except for the Captain Atom story, which is confusing thanks to the whole Monarch thing. I'm even enjoying the Blue Beetle back-ups in Booster gold, which I did not expect to enjoy.
I figure these guys are right about Adventure, the solicitation said something "Johns and Manupal leave Adventure (for now)" Close to that.
It definitely reads better in a trade.
Well two wrongs don't make a right.
