I enjoyed this article from Comic Book Resources concerning Unproduced Screenplays that have been turned into comics (think Kevin Smith's Green Hornet or Frank Miller's Robocop). It would be great to see Joss Whedon's vision for Wonder Woman someday. And I can think of at least one other film script that has made its way to comics: George RR Martin's Doorways pilot was recently repurposed as a comic book.

I'm so glad that Miller's most recent RoboCop never made it to the screen. His mish-mash effort with RoboCop 2 and 3 (further mish-mashed by studio interference) ruined the character enough. That Pulsar comic series again showed he really doesn't get the character. Honestly, he barely "gets" the setting.
Jack Kirby's Captain Victory was originally intended to be a movie. The original pitch (co-written by Steve Sherman) can be found in the Captain Victory "graphite" (i.e., uninked pencil) edition from Two Morrows Publishing (but buy it for the pencils, not the movie treatment).
...I once read an article about Philip Kaufman , director of the second INVASION OF THE BODY-SNATCHERS among others , and in describing his going thru his office and going through treatments and scripts over never-made films it mentioned a complete screenplay for a Sub-Mariner film , from a period when Kaufman had it under option ( It didn't say that Kaufman had written said 'play , that's not the point . ) . I wonder what that one was ?
In the 50s , FTM , a TV company had Subby under option for a time , for a series that was planned but never made - An actor was mentioned , presumably was potioned at he time...
Quentin Tarantino's Silver Surfer as a comic would be something I'd love to see. But it would have to be sold with an accompanying CD as about 50% of a great Tarantino movie's oomph lies in its soundtrack.
Speaking of Silver Surfer, Lee and Kirby's final collaboration was a comic strip that was supposed to serve as a film script, and their Silver Surfer out-of-continuity offering does have the rhythm and beats of an 80s sci-fi/action movie.
