I was not happy when I heard about the latest revamp of DC continuity. No, sir, I didn't like it.
However, in the interests of fairness, and of maintaining my "cred"* as an up-to-date comics fan, I have decided to give four of the new DC titles a chance. Picking the first three was relatively easy. They will be:
1)Frankenstein, Agent of SHADE
2)Justice League International
3)Mister Terrific
I have narrowed down the list of possibilities for the fourth as follows:
4a)Justice League
4b)Green Lantern: The New Guardians
4c)Voodoo
4d)Stormwatch
4e)Grifter
Hmm, decisions, decisions....

Out of the five, you should go with Justice League to stay in the loop. It may be the lynchpin series of the entire line. But if you're interested in the other four anyway (and to be fair, I'm not!), you should get those too. Keep an open mind.....and bank account! ;-)
Knowing you as I know you (which is to say, almost not at all...) may I suggest as a fourth title either Batgirl, written by Gail Simone, or Resurrection Man, written by Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning (AKA DnA)?
Both Simone and DnA have written some outstanding comics in the past. Simone's Secret Six never failed to get a laugh out of me (King Shark in full-on assault mode singing "I'm a shark! I'm a shark! I'm a Shaaaaark!" had me in stitches!), and oft times a tear as well. DnA have written all of Marvel's "Cosmic" comics from Annihilation: Conquest onward, and have also made me laugh ("I am Groot!") and get a li'l bit misty-eyed at times.
(Heck, Resurrection Man should be a perfect fit, as every time he dies he "regenerates" as himself again with a different power, like a certain Doctor you like...)
After the first issues come out of course, if you like Frankenstein, try Animal Man by the same writer. (And Sweet Tooth at Vertigo! It's awesome!)

I used to listen to WOXY.com; It was the future of rock-n-roll! RIP WOXY
Of the five you listed I'd pick Justice League. Second, I'd go with Green Lantern New Guardians. The only thing about Justice League is, I don't know if you are a Geoff Johns fan. I am, so I'm looking forward to it. He's really popular but I know he's not everyone's cup of tea.
Interesting input. Right now, I am leaning towards narrowing it down as below:
4a)Justice League
4b)Green Lantern: The New Guardians
4c)Voodoo
...I am inclined towards ACTION COMICS and maybe SUPERMAN to make up a full set , maybe BATGIRL with Gail Simone on it , maybe maybe maybe SUPERGIRL .
The FRANKENSTEIN series interests me , 'cos I like the DC Frankie . HAWK AND DOVE interests me - I like the characters and Liefield with ( presumably ) some structure he has to follow/some editorial-authorial authority , I think , could be good !!!!!!!!!
That JONAH HEX one interests me - a little - and I'm inclined too to get JUSTICE LEAGUE at least at the beginning !!!
Just realized The Shade (12 issues) is going to be written by James Robinson.
I'll probably give that one a look, too.
I thought colour IS emotion in the Johns Lantern-verse.
eg If you feel love, then you tke to wearing pink lingerie.
