My retailer tells me that next week's Justice League #5 will be the first new-52 title to ship late. He's hoping it's just pushed back a week. (He also mentioned the Lee family recently welcomed a new baby, which might explain the delay.)
I wouldn't have guessed month 5 would be when this would happen... And I would have expected Finch's Batman book top be the culprit.

I had my money on Liefeld.
There were already some issues that were having multiple, if not alternate artists on issues between the 5-8s. While I'm uncertain of the real life timing, Justice League was one of them.
Yet like you said Rob, Congrats to the Lee family on their new arrival!
