80s - Legion of Super-heroes
90s - No idea, this was definitely the decade I read the most comics.
00s - Fables

70s - Something from Marvel, probably Hulk (or Avengers or Captain America)
80s - Something from First, probably Nexus (or GrimJack or Badger or Sable)

Beyond that, I tend to follow creators moreso than titles.

80s: Legion of Superheroes
90s: Sandman (Though Preacher is another contender, especially considering they were barely published concurrently at all.)
00s: Fables

'00s: Green Lantern, but ask me again tomorrow and I'll probably say something else

00s are tough for me. This is the decade I started really following comics. Green Lanter, Avengers the Initiative, Invincible and Fables are all up there for me.
