This was written by Rona Munro, who wrote "Survival", the last story of the old series. I know they've used a director from the old series - Graeme Harper - and several actors, but I'm reasonably certain that this is the first writer.

I enjoyed this episode. I always liked the Ice Warriors, and it's interesting to see a new side to them with the introduction of the Ice Queen. I also liked the contrast between the two empires, British and Martians. It'd be interesting to see what i
